Dr. John Bull is a highly accomplished Chicago plastic surgeon who is dedicated to helping all of his patients realize their aesthetic dreams. Recognizing that undergoing cosmetic surgery can be a complex decision, he strives to create a soothing office environment where patients can feel completely cared for. Dr. Bull takes the time to conduct unhurried consultations, during which time he carefully listens to his patients describe their desires, needs and concerns. He uses this information to develop highly individualized treatment plans geared towards helping patients look and feel their best.

From the first phone call to the last post-operative visit, they treat all patients as if they were dear family members. Dr. Bull is proud to work together with his lovely wife, Monica, who serves as the practice manager and a dedicated patient advocate. She truly enjoys meeting new patients, as well as talking with them on the phone and in person. Monica focuses on helping DuPage Plastic Surgery patients make the best possible decisions regarding their treatment choices. She is always available to address any questions and/or concerns patients might have. As a certified laser specialist, Monica also performs many of the advanced laser procedures offered at DuPage Plastic Surgery.

Apart from his cosmetic surgery practice, Dr. Bull enjoys spending time with his family – Monica and their three boys, Joey (18), Johnny (5) and Alex (4). As a devoted football fan, Dr. Bull spends many a Saturday afternoon watching his favorite team, Louisiana State University, and on Sundays watching the Chicago Bears. However, the football games Dr. Bull enjoys most are those of his oldest son, Joey.  An avid sports enthusiast, Dr. Bull favors snow skiing, swimming, Taekwondo and golf. His vast array of hobbies also includes fishing and music.

W. John Bull, Jr. M.D completed medical school at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed a five year general surgery residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and an intensive three year plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. We are proud to have him as our physician.
