Here at the John Bull Center for Cosmetic Surgery and MediSpa, we provide a high level of attention to detail while creating a customized skin care regime for our patients. We understand that each patient has different goals and skin care needs. Whether it is pre-surgical preparation, post-surgical needs, age prevention, trying to achieve clearer skin or maintain a healthy glow, we tailor a unique program to fit each individual. Our goal is to optimize skin health by non-surgical in-office treatments, laser treatments, medical grade skin care, and by fully educating each individual while setting realistic goals. Medical Grade Facial – A spa-like treatment customized for your individual needs using the finest medical-grade products. We can focus on deep cleansing, anti-oxidant protection, treating acne and soothing rosacea.
Oxygen Facial – Our signature medical-grade facial with a blast of oxygen added. Oxygen helps breathe new life into skin by decreasing redness, helping restore nutrients in the skin, and by killing bacteria.
Oxygen Treatment – This treatment helps stimulate respiration and circulation within the skin. It helps promote healing and rejuvenates sluggish, stressed skin depleted by toxins, pollutants, allergens, improper diet and solar damage. Acneic conditions also benefit greatly. Appropriate for use between peel treatments or when exfoliation or flaking is not desired.
Pumpkin Enzyme Facial – The treatment exfoliates and draws impurities while introducing vitamins, enzymes and nutrients into the skin. This treatment stimulates circulation, promotes healing and provides vitamin nutrition. Pumpkin contains naturally occurring salicylic acid which removes dead surface cells. The skin will have a healthy glow.
Microdermabrasion – Microdermabrasion is a non-surgical technique to refresh and rejuvenate your skin. This express treatment can be done in 30 minutes. Our signature Medical grade facial can be combined with microdermabrasion to soothe and nourish the skin.
Chemical Peels – We offer various customized peels to improve discoloration, treat fine lines, improve texture and resurface the skin. Please discuss what type of peel is appropriate for you with your skin care provider. Some peels can be done with little to no downtime. This express treatment can be performed in 30 minutes.
Chemical Peel with Facial – A light lactic or glycolic will be combined with our signature medical grade facial to soothe and nourish the skin.
Add-On Treatments – Oxygen, customized mask, or extractions can be added to most express treatments to maximize your service if you are short on time.
Obagi Blue Peel – The Obagi Blue Peel uses Trichloroacetic Acid (TCA) as the active ingredient mixed with the patented Blue Base from Obagi. Your skin professional will apply the Obagi Blue Peel based on your level of damage and your desired level of transformation. Preparing the skin with the Obagi Nu-Derm system is recommended for the best results.

Laser Skin Resurfacing – This procedure is appropriate for individuals who desire to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fines lines, acne scars and/or minor imperfections. Dr. Bull uses sophisticated laser technology to remove the damaged outer layer of the skin, revealing fresh, glowing skin.
Laser Hair Reduction – Excellent results can be obtained on patients with all skin types within about 6 treatments. Please consult with our medical aesthetician and laser specialist on pricing.
