What is Cellulaze?

Cellulaze is a laser treatment that is minimally invasive. It attacks cellulite located under your skin and provides the long-lasting results you want after a single brief treatment.

How does Cellulaze work?

A tiny tube is inserted under your skin, and a laser within the tube delivers energy directly where it’s needed. This improves your skin’s thickness and quality. At the same time, the orange peel look that is often associated with cellulite is reduced. The laser also reduces fat pockets.

Am I a good candidate for Cellulaze?

Cellulaze works best on women who are not dramatically overweight, but rather have mild or moderate thigh cellulite. Doctor Bull will consult with you to determine if this procedure is the right one for you.

Why is Cellulaze better than other treatments?

There is no shortage of treatments that promise to eliminate cellulite. But most other treatments only treat cellulite in a superficial manner at the surface of the skin. Cellulaze is the only laser treatment option that targets problemsunderneath your skin. This approach offers results that last – and usually after just a single treatment.

What does treatment feel like?

Because the treated area is prepared with a local anesthetic, there is not much discomfort at all. Some patients feel a bit of pressure, but it’s mild. After treatment, you may ache a bit – similar to how you feel after a good physical work-out.

How long does the procedure last?

About one to two hours on average. Treatment time depends on the size of the areas that are treated.

Will I need to stay in the hospital?

No. Cellulaze treatment is performed with a local anesthetic and no hospitalization is required.

How many treatments will I need?

You will see positive results after just one Cellulaze treatment. Typically, results continue to improve for 90 days to a year after treatment.

How long do results last?

Studies have indicated results often last for a year – and longer in some cases. But it’s important that you stick to a proper diet and exercise routine to continue enjoying the positive results that Cellulaze brings.

Will I have scars after treatment?

Incision sites are extremely small. Any scarring that occurs will be barely noticeable with proper post-treatment care. Doctor Bull and his team can evaluate you to provide the best scar prevention options and tips.

What will my recovery time be?

Most patients can return to normal activity in a day or two after treatment. You may have to wear a compression garment for a bit after treatment.
